BILDSTROI – ENGINEERING GROUP is a Construction and contractor pool. The pool consists of 6 firms and each of them is strongly specialized in different areas of the construction entrepreneurship.

BILDSTROI – ENGINEERING KOM Ltd. is specialized in design and construction of hotels with a unique architecture and vanguard forms.

The main goal of the firm is the design and realization of high quality construction installation works of hotels, living facilities, industrial estates and luxury buildings.

BILDSTROI – ENGINEERING KOM Ltd. was established in 2004 and is successor of the experience and the traditions of BILDSTROIENGINEERING Ltd.

BILDSTROIENGINEERING Ltd. was founded in 1998, with main business activity: construction and installation works. Since 1999 the company’s activities focus on design, construction and repairs of water supply and sewerage systems, electrical installations, heating and ventilation.

At the beginning of 2000, the company extended its activities in the design and construction of systems based on LINDNER AG components (a popular German firm).

From 2001 the company has expanded its activities to distribution and fitting of pump systems WILO for North-east Bulgaria, and furthermore from 2004 to supplies of telecommunication services and contemporary Internet solutions.

BILDSTROI – ENGINEERING KOM Ltd. has extended its activities once again and in 2005 was formed the following new companies: Bildstroi - Technoengineering, Bildstroi GROUP, Bildstroi Invest and Bildstroi Imoti. Also, from the beginning of 2006 the company has started the project Bildstroi Systems.
